We know that every business is different, and that every company is driven by unique metrics, objectives and variables. We also know that experience is one of the strongest competitive advantages a company can gain, as they develop the processes and standards that drive success.
This is precisely how we came to develop the Brand EvolutionTM process, Cake’s very own road map to building awareness of our clients’ brands. Like everything we do, we’ve kept it simple, wrapping up all of the details into four stages.
Whenever we kick off a new project, we start by getting to know our client. We learn about their culture, their history, their purpose and their people. We study their competitors and customer behaviors, and run all sorts of numbers to understand the environment in which they operate. We map out this information through a variety of charts and graphs, and take a baseline analysis of where their brand is.
From there, we develop a strategy and create appropriate content, which we share with target audiences. We engage that audience through a variety of methods, and measure audience behaviors to better understand their motives and beliefs.
Being the creative statisticians that we are, we measure results throughout the process and utilize this data to influence the decisions and strategies that we recommend. After all, if there isn’t data to back it up, aren’t you just shooting in the dark?
